- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Item is returned unused, undamaged in original packaging with all original tags still attached. Do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on the swimsuit over underwear for sanitary reasons.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return.
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEM?
1. Send an email to RETURNS@ANANE.WORLD with the following information:
- ORDER NUMBER
- ITEMS YOU RETURN
- REASON (That can help us to improve our service)
2. We will email you an email with the address and instructions.
3. Please check your items to make sure they are in perfect condition as Anane will not accept any returned items damaged in any way.
4. Send your package back to the address provided in the instructions. We recommend that you return your package by certified mail as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email and the refund of the amount of the product will be processed.
IN CASE OF A FAILED ITEM
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the fault within 7 days of delivery so that our team can arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
